Are you in a manager position in a horticulture company dealing with topics like; group dynamics, collaboration, clear instructions, communication, guiding people through changes or new policies, working with budgets, managing a huge (growing) volume of data, or other challenging themes?
Then this Mastermind is valuable for you.
During six months, we will meet four times and will be discussing with a group of managers, with the goal of gaining new tools and insights to help your team and horticultural business take the next step forward.

How does a Mastermind work?
Between March and September 2025, we will organize four sessions online.
We will decide together, based on your practical experiences, the themes for the sessions. Depending on the theme, we will provide a strong content-driven program that meets your needs.
For who?
Location managers, operations managers and middle management in the horticulture sector.
You lead a team and are responsible for at least one location or department.
Before participation we’ll have an intake interview to ensure a well-matched group composition.

When: 4 times over 6 months, based on a schedulin tool. The meetings will be 2 hours. We will look to a convenient time for everyone, with all the times differences.
