Beanstalk mastermind
For six months, you will engage with a group of managers four times, with the goal; to gain new tools and insights on how to take your team and horticultural company to the next level.
Are you in the position of manager in a company in horticulture and do you deal with topics such as: group dynamics, collaboration, clear instruction, communication, bringing people along with changes or new policies, working with budgets and managing a huge (growing) amount of data or other challenging topics?

Customized program
How does a mastermind work?
In the period February to July 2025 we plan 4 meetings at the World Horti Center. Together we will determine, based on your practical experiences, which themes the meetings will have. Depending on the theme, we will provide a strong substantive program that matches your needs.
For whom.
Site managers, business managers, middle management in the horticultural industry. You will manage a team and have the responsibility of at least one location or department. Before participation, there is an intake interview to arrive at good group compositions.
Possible themes:
Corporate culture – Quality assurance – Collaborative communication – On-the-job coaching and training – Scouting and developing young talent – Persuasion; how do you do it? – Role clarity middle management – Decision making – (Personal) leadership.
