Personal data collection/processing

Personal data of visitors to the website are monitored, collected or processed by Beanstalk for entering into and performing agreements, as well as managing the resulting relationships (which includes: activities aimed at increasing the customer base).

Beanstalk uses cookies, with the purpose of collecting information about the pages visited on the website, to keep track of how often visitors return and to see which pages are “doing well” on the website. It also tracks what information the browser shares.

Business and personal data that clients provide themselves are processed internally by Beanstalk for the performance of an agreement to provide services, or because of a legitimate interest or a legal obligation, as well as managing the resulting relationships. It covers basic information such as:

  • The first and last name, title, client company name or position;
  • contact information such as mailing address, (mobile) phone number or e-mail address;
  • financial information, such as the client’s bank account number;
  • Any additional personal information such as proof of identity, date of birth, nationality and marital status.

This data is recorded and managed in the accounting system and kept for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above or to comply with legal (retention) obligations.

Provision to third parties

Beanstalk does not provide personal data to third parties.

Data Security

Beanstalk has appropriate technical and organizational security measures in place to protect customers’ personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access by third parties.

Privacy Rights

Clients may request in writing that Beanstalk review their personal information. If the information provided by Beanstalk contains inaccuracies, a written request may be made to change that information or have it removed. In addition, clients may ask Beanstalk in writing, giving reasons, to restrict their personal data, or they may object to the processing of their personal data.
